Charter fee includes:

• • All running expenses of the yacht, crew’s wage, ship’s laundry, free use of onboard water sports and recreational equipment
  •  ⁠Fuel for up to an average of 4 hours of cruising per day in Turkish waters
  •  ⁠Fuel for 24 hours/day of generator use and A/C use in Turkish waters
  • Unlimited Wifi in Turkish waters

Charter fee excludes:

• 20% VAT of the charter fee
• 25%  A.P.A. of the charter fee to be paid additionally to cover all charter expenses 
  Advance Provisioning Allowance is an upfront payment used to cover variable expenses for the yacht and its tender - for example, extra fuel for engines and generators used beyond the standard daily allowance that’s mentioned in the includes - if the guests request longer hours of cruising, fuel for the use of the dinghy, for jet ski if available onboard, and for the dinghy operated water sports equipment (waterski, ringo, etc.), food, drinks, port fees, marina expenses, marina fees & taxes, local taxes, rental of additional water toys if requested by the guests, customs formalities & fees if cruising to another country, personal travel insurance, airport transfers, land excursions, and any personal expenses (all these services can be arranged at additional costs) and any other extras you request during your charter.

The captain manages the A.P.A. on your behalf, keeping track of the expenses. At the end of your trip, you’ll receive a detailed report, and any unused funds are refunded to you, or extra costs are settled directly with the captain. • Crew gratuity (customary 10–15% of the charter fee, at client’s discretion).

Please, also note, if requested by the guests and the yacht visits Greek islands during the charter, the following extra expenses will apply (the list is not limited to the below mentioned list):

• Fuel outside of Turkish waters
• All taxes and fees related to both Turkish and Greek customs if Greek islands are part of a chosen itinerary
• Greek port fees, agency fees, customs costs if entering Greek waters, Greek island harbour and customs fees
